What I Do
I work with any number of participants: from leadership teams as small as 6 members, to large groups of over 500 attendees.
I help leadership teams make decisions on their strategy, and I facilitate large stakeholder groups to reflect on patterns, generate ideas and strategize on action steps to create greater impact.
My facilitation work is informed by Liberating Structure (LS), a collection of 30+ interaction patterns that unflatten, enrich, and deepen interactions in groups. With Liberating Structures, it’s possible to start shifting entire organizations by making adjustments to the way groups and individuals interact.
My strategy work builds upon LS facilitation techniques and is rooted in Emergent Strategy principles to allow for adaption, resilience and the creation of even more possibilities.
